Mireia [miˈɾɛjə] is an independent industrial design director with over 15 years of experience turning technology into tangible experiences. She works with objects to anchor innovation (Coloplast, Google), elevate brands, and make digital interactions unmistakably physical (tonari).
With a strong track record in audio (Bowers & Wilkins, Denon, Marantz) and consumer electronics (Pico VR, Meta), Mireia now partners with companies large and small while dedicating time to exploratory research projects—ranging from small-scale plastic recycling to furniture (ishinomaki lab) via the intersection of Japanese washi and computational origami.
